In preparation for Pesach, the eighth grade at Yeshiva Tiferes Moshe embarked on an exciting trip to the Pupa Tzeilim Matzah Bakery in Williamsburg. The day began with an inspiring Gemara shiur, setting the tone for a meaningful trip, before the talmidim boarded the bus bound for Brooklyn.
In preparation for Pesach, the Pre-1A classes at Bnos Malka Academy in Queens held a model Seder this week, giving the young students an opportunity to experience the sights, sounds, and traditions of the holiday in an age-appropriate and engaging way.
Heritage Day at YSZ HS for Girls began on Friday morning, April 4, with a heartfelt address from Mrs. Rina Zerykier, Menahelet of the school. The administration and faculty were honored to welcome the grandmothers of the student body. Mrs. Zerykier framed Pesach as the ultimate holiday of memory and hope—a time to reflect on where we’ve been and to envision where we’re going.
In an extremely powerful and timely message before Pesach, Rabbi Yosef Mendelevitch spoke to Junior High School students at YCQ on Wednesday, April 3. He blew them away with his incredible story of m’sirus nefesh.
Fun is in the air at Yeshivah Primary, as our school prepares for Pesach with many fun and creative activities!
For Parshas Vayikra, Yeshivah Har Torah’s Early Childhood students learned that the Jewish people brought korbanos to say thank you to Hashem for the good in their lives. This important theme in the parshah led to a discussion about the people in YHT that the students are thankful for.
