Yom HaZikaron and Yom HaAtzmaut at Rambam Mesivta were times of reflection, growth, and ultimately joy, as the school moved from the somber tone of Yom HaZikaron to the heights of happiness on Yom HaAtzmaut.
The excitement was palpable all day at Lev Chana and HALB as students and teachers celebrated Israel’s 77th birthday. At Lev Chana, the entire school building was transformed into different cities in Israel. Students made their very own passports, boarded their flight, and landed at Ben Gurion Airport!
The spring semester has been a success for the humanities at the Yeshiva University High School for Girls (Central). On the heels of the Central Playhouse’s successful production of the musical Frozen is a first-place overall win for Central’s Envision Shakespeare troupe at this year’s citywide Envision Shakespeare competition, which was held at Ma’ayanot Yeshiva High School on Wednesday, April 16.
This past Sunday, MTA hosted its annual Legacy Day, a day devoted to bringing together talmidim with their grandparents and other special relatives. After a beautiful davening together, a lavish breakfast was served. Talmidim sat with their relatives, friends, and rebbeim, enjoying the varied options offered and the camaraderie.
