“Experiential Learning is the essence of Business & Entrepreneurship,” says instructor Melanie Gordon-Felsman as she completed a series of tours and speakers that have helped enhance in-class learning with real-world experiences.

Students in Bais Yaakov of Queens experienced an incredible two-week Kibbud Av Va’eim program entitled At Your Service. The program combined daily lessons, together with fun and meaningful activities and contests. The school building was transformed into a modern, true-to-life café called “Café Kavod.” The aroma of coffee wafted through the air!

It’s the moment students at Yeshiva University High School for Girls (Central) wait for all year – the call to Color War! The 2025 YUHSG Color War was officially announced on Tuesday, March 18, to great excitement. Color War is perhaps the most anticipated student event of the year, and emotions ran high as the school rolled out the year’s theme, “A Mikdash in the Making.”

This week, Dr. Douglas’s 7^th and 8^th graders took on an interesting experiment. They strived to discover the rate of growth that occurs in young children, and it was a fun opportunity to bring in our lower classmen to participate in the experiment.

At Queens Cheder Moshe Raya Mehemina, the Pre-1A class is nearing the end of the alef-beis! This past week, the boys focused on the letter yud – and found that many of their own names begin with that very letter: Yisachar, Yehoshua, Yonatan, Yehudah, and Yosef!
