We are approaching the Three Weeks, where we turn our focus to mourning the loss of the Beis HaMikdash. The deeper aspects of what we mourn are the following:

L’Keil baruch n’imos yiteinu. L’Melech Keil chai v’kayam, z’miros yomeiru, v’sishbachos yashmiu

Ki Hu l’vado po’eil g’vuros, oseh chadashos, baal milchamos

For He alone effects mighty deeds, makes new things, is Master of wars
