Laasos bahem mishpat kasuv, Hadar hu l’chol chasidav. Hallelukah!
(and) to do to them the punishment written about them in Tanach, (and this will be) a glory for all His pious ones (Yisrael); (and for that day) praise Hashem!

VaYarem keren l’amo, t’hilah l’chol chasidav, livnei Yisrael am k’rovo. Hallelukah.
(This will be when Mashiach arrives) and He will raise the reign of His nation (above all), causing praise for all His pious ones, (namely,) to the B’nei Yisrael, who are (and have always been) His intimate nation. (Therefore, already now,) praise Hashem!

They say high praises of the Almighty (in a loud voice) with their throat, and these (praises) are like a double-edged sword in their hand (against their enemies).
This mizmor speaks about praise of Hashem at the time of the ultimate redemption.
Aside from Ashrei, this mizmor is preeminent amongst those we have studied prior to this point. The Ibn Ezra writes that it is “nichbad m’od (very distinguished)” and contains deep secrets.
