Recap: Ezra’s teacher put him into a writing club because his big brother was a star writer. Ezra is not a star writer and tries to tell that to the teacher, but he doesn’t have a chance to tell him. He’s stuck in it and the teacher requires everyone to come up with a research project for the club’s display. Ezra can’t think of a topic, and on top of that, there’s a new boy in school who starts acting like a bully towards him. He’s walking home, and the boy has teamed up with a mean eighth grader, and they both start bullying him.

Two seemingly disparate events on different sides of the world held just weeks apart from each other with seemingly no connection. In today’s interconnected global world, however, there is much more connection than meets the eye.

There are many different considerations to take into account when placing one’s assets into a trust. One of the many factors to consider when setting up a trust is whether to make it a grantor trust or a non-grantor trust. While grantor trusts are more common, there are certain circumstances where a non-grantor trust can be useful to meet an individual’s estate planning and asset protection objectives.

If every song on the album had high notes, is it a good album? Or is a song good because there’s a cool guitar solo? If that guitar solo was found on a different track, that would likely be your favorite song instead? Is it really that interchangeable? Vocals and arrangements should enhance a melody, not replace it; the vocals and arrangements and other facets of the song are merely contributors and enhancers to a song that was solid in its own right. There’s a big difference.
