On Motza’ei Shabbos, January 4, Chazaq’s morning kollel hosted a beautiful melaveh malkah at Congregation Bet El in Fresh Meadows. The event brought together all those involved in learning and supporting the kollel, with an atmosphere of camaraderie and appreciation.
Dr. Seymour Paul (Shmuel Peretz) Lachman z”l, a trailblazing figure in American politics and a tireless advocate for education, government reform, and the Orthodox Jewish community, passed away on January 2, 2025, at the age of 91.
