Ha’nosein sheleg ka’tzemer; k’for ka’eifer y’fazeir.

Mashlich karcho ch’fitim; lifnei karaso mi ya’amod.

Yishlach d’varo v’yamseim; yasheiv rucho yizlu mayim.

• Praise Hashem! Let (the sound of) the praise of Hashem come from the Heavens (in general), (that is,) those who dwell in the highest heaven should praise Him.

Magid d’varav l’Yaakov, chukav u’mishpatav l’Yisrael.

Lo asah chein l’chol goy, u’mishpatim bal y’da’um. Hallelukah.

VaYarem keren l’amo, t’hilah l’chol chasidav, livnei Yisrael am k’rovo. Hallelukah.

(This will be when Mashiach arrives) and He will raise the reign of His nation (above all), causing praise for all His pious ones, (namely,) to the B’nei Yisrael, who are (and have always been) His intimate nation. (Therefore, already now,) praise Hashem!

Aside from Ashrei, this mizmor is preeminent amongst those we have studied prior to this point. The Ibn Ezra writes that it is “nichbad m’od (very distinguished)” and contains deep secrets.

This mizmor speaks about praise of Hashem at the time of the ultimate redemption.
