have to look good first and foremost.
Truth: They have to protect you
from the elements first and foremost.
Myth: A woman needs to dress
to please the men in her life.
Truth: A woman needs to dress for herself. Last week I wrote that there’s nothing unhealthy about respecting the preferences of the men in your life, especially your husband. I stand by that. However, if you’re so busy dressing only to please the men, you’re not necessarily showing him the real you and that’s a disservice both to him and to yourself.
Myth: Staying warm in cold weather
is as simple as bundling up.
Truth: You have to do it right.
Myth: Whatever colors you wear, they need to match.
Myth 2: Whatever colors you wear must never match.
Myth: Anything outside the box is inappropriate.
Truth: Outside-the-box clothing ideas can be appropriate if done right.
