Rabbi Meirov shared that MDY has had a huge impact on him and he recommends it to everyone.
On Sunday evening, June 26, “Let’s Get Real with Coach Menachem” featured Rabbi Shais Taub, world-renowned speaker, teacher, and author, who shared an enlightening talk on parenting and stopping a bad cycle from our own childhood.
On Wednesday evening, June 29, the Queens community, local rabbanim, and local politicians gathered to bid farewell to the Rabbi and Rebbetzin of the Young Israel of Hillcrest, Rabbi Dr. Richard Weiss and Rebbetzin Adina Weiss, who are leaving the shul after 17 years. The Weisses will be moving to Woodmere, and Rabbi Weiss will be working with Yeshiva University, mentoring students entering college on track to go to Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
On Thursday evening, June 23, Rabbi Yaakov Mizrahi, well-known speaker, shared an inspiring live lecture on behalf of Chazaq at the Beth Gavriel Center to a large crowd of young professionals. Rabbi Mizrahi shared that the three parshiyos we read at this time of the year reveal unfortunate events for the Jewish people. How are the three linked together?
On Sunday evening, June 19, Let’s Get Real with Coach Menachem hosted Rabbi Reuven Epstein, CPA, CFF, head of The Marriage Project, for an enlightening inter-active virtual lecture on dating and marriage.
